Diesel Forklift

Diesel Forklift Trucks are used in ports, stations, airports, freight yards, factory workshops, warehouses, circulation centers and distribution centers, etc

Category:

The major characteristics of diesel forklift performance are loading capacity, traction, braking force, stability, manoeuvrability, throughput, comfort, and ease of operation.

1. Performance during disassembly and assembly: This indicates the forklift’s lifting capability and productivity and is a key component in figuring it out. Technical criteria including the platform’s front and rear tilt angles, load centre distance, maximum lifting height, free lifting height, rising and falling speed, and rated weight are typically used to express it.

2. Leading performance: This measures the forklift’s ability to drive, which is primarily demonstrated by the maximum driving speed with and without a load, the maximum gradient with and without a load, and the hook’s traction force. This has a negative impact on the forklift’s operational efficiency, particularly when there are extensive transportation distances in the goods yard.

3. Braking performance: This indicates how safely a forklift can stop and decelerate while in motion. It also plays a role in how safe forklift operations are.

4. Stability: This is the forklift’s capacity to withstand falls in a variety of situations and is a prerequisite for guaranteeing the security of forklift operations. Relevant standards: Before being allowed to be marketed, forklifts must pass the appropriate lateral and longitudinal stability tests.

5. Mobility: This refers to the forklift’s capacity to turn and operate in tight spaces. It also has to do with how well it adapts to the work site and how often the warehouse and cargo yard are used. Small turning radius, small width of right-angle channel, small width of stack channel, etc. are some of the technical characteristics of manoeuvrability.

6. Passability:

Reflects the forklift’s ability to overcome road obstacles and pass through various road surfaces and portals. The technical parameters that indicate the passability of a forklift include small floor clearance, overall height, width, etc.

7. Easy and comfortable to operate:

The configuration of each operating part and driver’s seat of the forklift must comply with ergonomic requirements. The operating force and operating stroke of each operating handle and pedal must be within the physical range to avoid excessive fatigue of the driver and provide a good working field of view and a comfortable riding experience and so on.
