Mechanism Trade & Engineering Ltd. (MTEL) successfully completed the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of comprehensive Fire & Life Safety Systems for the BRAC Group – Aarong Centre. The project enhances the building’s fire protection (UL Listed & FM Approved) capability and ensures full compliance with BNBC and NFPA fire safety standards.

Scope of Work Delivered by MTEL

Fire Protection System – UL Listed & FM Approved:
Design and installation of a complete fire protection network, including fire standpipe, fire hydrant, and fire sprinkler systems, ensuring reliable suppression capability and improved operational safety throughout the facility.

Fire Detection & Alarm System – UL Listed & FM Approved:
Deployment of an intelligent addressable fire detection and alarm system to provide early hazard identification and rapid emergency response, ensuring timely awareness of fire incidents for occupants and staff.

Fire Suppression System – UL Listed & FM Approved:
Installation of specialized suppression solutions tailored to high‑risk zones, delivering fast and dependable fire protection and minimizing potential damage to critical areas.

Public Address (PA) System:
Integration of a centralized Public Address system to support emergency announcements, evacuation guidance, and coordinated communication during fire or life‑safety events.
