(MTEL) successfully delivered the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of advanced Fire & Life Safety Systems for the Bashundhara Golf Driving Range. The project enhances the facility’s overall fire protection capability and ensures full compliance with BNBC and NFPA fire safety standards.

Scope of Work Delivered by MTEL

Fire Protection System
MTEL designed and installed a complete fire protection network featuring fire standpipe systems, fire hydrant systems, and fire sprinkler systems. These integrated components ensure reliable fire suppression performance, improved operational safety, and long‑term system durability.

Fire Detection & Alarm System
An intelligent addressable fire detection and alarm system was deployed to provide early hazard identification and rapid emergency response. The system enhances life safety by ensuring timely fire incident awareness for both occupants and facility personnel.

Fire Suppression System
Specialized fire suppression solutions were installed in high‑risk zones to deliver fast, dependable fire control. These systems are engineered to minimize damage, protect critical assets, and support safe evacuation procedures.

Fire‑Rated Door System
MTEL supplied and installed UL Listed fire‑rated doors to improve compartmentalization and prevent the spread of fire and smoke. This enhances structural protection and supports safe egress during emergency situations.
